ཆར་པ་འབབ་ན་ས་ཆ་སྐམ་པོ་ཚང་མ་རློན་པ་ཆགས་ཀྱི་རེད།
I also don’t understand very well the use of ན in this kind of sentences.

ཆར་པ་ འབབ་ ན་ = If it rains
ས་ཆ་ སྐམ་པོ་ ཚང་མ་ = all the places that’re dry
རློན་པ་ ཆགས་ཀྱི་ རེད། = will get wet
