They are talking about a third person (ཁོང་) and his schedule, right? How many classes (འཛིན་གྲྭ་) he takes per day (ཉི་མ་), and so on.

So Tashi asks if he has much time (ཆུ་ཚོད་ མང་པོ་), and Dolma says, no, he doesn’t (ཡོད་མ་རེད་)! Not now (ད་ལྟ་).
