Yeah. If you need to understand the structure of a sentence, you can look for words that tend to end clauses (especially postpositions like ནས་ and ན་, or markers of time like དུས་ / སྐབས་ / etc). If it’s spoken, listen for the pauses.
While Tibetan doesn’t have the punctuation to help you resolve ambiguities (at the sentence level), those are usually the kinds of places where you can imagine commas are coming. That should help you see the structure of how the phrases relate inside the sentence:
